They make small composting toilets for sailboats. Pull out the front seat and put one in the truck. People look at the truck and think you're just sitting in the passenger seat when in actuality you're dropping a deuce!

Easy apeasey. Heat wrap just like they use on mobile homes and such.

You guys should try living on a boat in the water at 0 F. Makes living in a truck seem like Spring Break in Florida

I've got a172"sleeper with a full shower and separate toilet, the water tank is heated and all the plumbing is insulated. If it gets too cold there's a relief valve on the side of the sleeper, you just reach under, open it and it drains the system.

You can buy cassette toilets or camping toilets on Amazon.

A 144 ft sleeper, not sure how legal that would be without lights, signs, pilot car, special permits. Not to mention pulling a trailer. I hope you meant a 144 inch sleeper.
