What makes you think it’s worth anything.Ive never heard anyone wanting to buy a MC number.Dont even know why anyone would want to.
-
My Ins co checks safety record as well as driver abstracts
-
Yes I understand but it still your record and or your Driver’s there checking. If your record is bad buying a mc number that is clean what’s it matter. If you had 10 out of service that would just gp onto the new company right?
-
Hmmm not sure about that
-
If not why doesn’t all companies that get a bad rating from DOT just go and buy a new MC number?
-
They do. Look no farther than the guy that owned the killer Humbolt truck. I believe he’s on his third
-
Yea that was a bus ,Ive heard of bus companies changing names,
-
I didn't know trucking was that valuable and in high demand to make some serious money. You'll have better luck posting it in the Wall St. Journal
