Selling my trucking business. Options for selling?

This doesn’t make any since what does it matters what his driving record is,your driving record is the one the insurance is covering.

 

What makes you think it’s worth anything.Ive never heard anyone wanting to buy a MC number.Dont even know why anyone would want to.

 

My Ins co checks safety record as well as driver abstracts

 

Yes I understand but it still your record and or your Driver’s there checking.If your record is bad buying a mc number that is clean what’s it matter.If you had 10 out of service that would just gp onto the new company right?

If not why doesn’t all companies that get a bad rating from DOT just go and buy a new MC number?

 

They do. Look no farther than the guy that owned the killer Humbolt truck. I believe he’s on his third
