DOT 3 years driving experience?

    I don't know if it's a company policy or the feds that pay attention on what country your experience is from. I don't think it's the feds. I'd research that a lot more in detail. BTW, your CDL has nothing to do with getting a job. Sure you have to have one to drive a CMV but you don't have to have a CDL to work for the company.

    I"m pretty sure it's the feds.

    Every company has always been that way as long as I've had my cdl. Almost 20 years.

    I could started with other 3 companies, they only asked about my 3 year work history.
