I pay less than that for my hood..

Oh and that's purchasing it, not renting it...

I don't get the best fuel mileage though. That must be the difference o_O

I think what's worse than a lease purchase deal is those deals at Rent-a-Center... you can go to Walmart and buy a 55inch TV for $400... or you can rent to own one for 24 months for a total of $2000... what a deal...

Well … you just answered your own question. If you can't afford to sit for a week, preferably two, then it's not a good deal.

Big mistake … you better anticipate considerable maintenance. It's going to happen. Yes, warranty covers the cost … well maybe. But you still have the lost revenue, out of pocket cost if it occurs while on the road and your fixed costs continue to roll up, while you sit.

You don't seem to get it. Well most people don't. Your only real asset is time. You convert your time into revenue. You've already wasted time by jumping into a deal not knowing if it is good or not. So what if you can walk away. You've still lost the revenue you would have made, if you made a better decision to start with.

And you're also positioning yourself to take a major financial hit, by not anticipating and planning for any significant downtime.

Warranties don’t cover tires - blowouts, wear, or whatever. PM, oils changes, etc ain’t cheap. Maybe you wanna wash the thing every now and again? How you gonna eat on the road?

It’s your dime. We’re not telling you how to run your business, but you’re off to a very feeble start. One non-warranty breakdown and your bankrupt.

And you should look REAL close at the fine print of that “walk-away” lease. That term is thrown around a lot but means different things to different companies. I’m not against leasing necessarily...just gotta be smart about it.

Having a warranty is great but what about the downtime? If your truck sits in the shop for a week or two you've lost all the revenure that truck should have been making.
Not only that, but whoever you're hauling for might mark you down as unreliable and you'll wind up with the low dollar hauls that nobody else will take.

"Hes clearly more advanced than us" offcourse-what meaning do you expect your delusional self-important statements opinion to have to us who think and reason?:) What fantasy do you hold that you would believe that your tiny-fisted tantrums would have more weight than that of a leprous desert rat, spinning rabidly in a circle, waiting for the bite of the snake.:)

    Yea you mad...

You're paying $2800/mo for a plastic emissions truck and you're calling the other people on here stupid?

You'll just be another dry vanner having to run a million miles a week hauling trash freight at terrible rates just to cover your nut every month.

You asked questions and you didn't like the answers. That doesn't mean the answers are wrong.
You asked for advice . When it was given you argued with the people trying to help you.

Good luck to you. This thread is closed.
