So I have a risk analysis score of 20. All of the points are from negative road reports. So someone is calling in and giving me a negative report. This is crazy because I drive at night time on a slip seat account, so who are these people complaining if the swift office is closed? Furthermore, it could have been someone else in that truck before and after me since it is a slip seat account. If I drive nights when swift office is closed, how in the hell would swift determine I am the one responsible? Everything is else squeaky clean. No accidents, no tickets, nothing.
I also notice a pattern on my negative road report. I get a negative report almost the same day of each month. WTF????
Swifts Risk Analysis point system.....

Maybe this is a thread for the Swift forum?
But if you are getting reports at the same time monthly it sounds like someone has it in for you.
And it shouldn't be too hard for Swift to notice the pattern.
Edit...
I just checked my own RA. It now shows a negative road report dated 1/27/18.
I have NEVER had a negative road report before this just showed up.
Something is going on. -
See what I mean? I've been with them since 2016 and have never had a negative road report. I checked my score a couple weeks ago and it showed 0. Now when I check it, it says I have a total of 6 negative reports from as early as February 2018 for a total of 20 points.
All of them showed up at once. -
I have never heard of such a system, but here is what I would do. I believe you have a right to know anything that effects your record, be it an internal company record or a CSA/DAK report. I would respectfully request that Swift provide you any documented evidence that is affecting your score. Tell them that you don't understand how this is happening to you, and you want to correct this apparent recurring situation. Then document the heck out of everything from that point forward. If you do this correctly and professionally, I believe you will receive an answer to your question.

Swift is currently undergoing a revision to the RA system that is due to kick in at the first of the year.
This could be some glitch in the changeover to the new system.
I'll be calling my safety person tomorrow to get some more information. -
But a report from January of this year should have been on there long before December. -

The system is expanding to include a second group of metrics. The negative road report may be one of those metrics.
