    It isn’t what it is. The state has nothing to do with how a person runs their trucking company. You wanna bad mouth a trucking company then be specific. Don’t hand down a sweeping indictment on the entire state because YOU never saw or heard of any good trucking companies coming out of there. If you hate tolls booths or potholes then that’s a state issue and has absolutely nothing to do with any trucking company. The two are not mutually exclusive. A bad trucking company to you may be a great trucking company to someone else. It’s completely subjective.
    Don’t make this thread about New Jersey. It’s about a trucking company based out of that state. This is truckersreport.com. Not Statereport.com
    But I understand you are entitled to your opinion about both states and trucking companies and it’s my opinion that a trucking company’s worth or reputation as a quality trucking company has absolutely nothing to do with the state they’re from

    Geez,driver angst much?If that’s the case then you find me one company in that state-just ONE-that actually has a halfway decent reputation that doesn’t try to screw over drivers in some form or another.
    Plus there are folks here who don’t like Illinois,California,Michigan,Massachusetts and a bunch of other states too. Are you going to tell them to stop too? As you said it’s MY OPINION-and you just leave it at that!

    Give some detail...
    how did they lie about equipment?
    Did you every get paid?
    Did they short your pay?
    Did they pay less than advertised?
    How do they run illegal? (They’re on elogs right???)

    They promised a brand new Volvo and when I flew in I was given a 2015 piece of #### that smelled like cat piss!

    They lied about what we would get paid, then, They get paid every TWO WEEKS, who does that! They promise a bonus at end of year and you will Never See it! They make any excuse not to pay it out!


    The safety guy calls you on your 10 hour and begs you run, then says he will doctor the logs if you do him the favor! VERY SHADY guy.


    The owner dresses like he wants to be on the cast of Jersey Shore! He’s even like 5 foot tall!


    Their attitudes suck, but they are from Jersey!



    Stay away guys you are a joke!



    They shorted me a load EVERY WEEK I WAS THERE!

    yup that's the place, but the beef is that elite is one of those companies that make their money in the nj nyc area due to the fact theres no scales in that area so they get to ride whatever truck they can put together.... literally put together

    This thread has Nothing to do with the State. The COMPANY Elite Express our of Pennsauken, NJ is a compete waste of time to work for. DO NOT give your CDL these people, or your time! Dude speaks the truth it is a #### show walking and nothing but lies from the owner!
