Driver driving for 2 companies local full time. Is this legal?

i had a bad feeling about whats he doing. his cdl got to be revoked plus thousands of dollars in fines both him and the company

I know that paper was a requirement when I went to work for a company saying you cannot work at two companies as a driver. Maybe things changed I don’t know.

I worked for a beer distributor and they verified that you had no other employers especially in the alcohol industry and if you did you had best be on the way out of one of them.
