    That could be a company policy. As far as DOT is concerned you can have as many jobs as you want. Just don’t drive more than 11 hours and more than 14 on duty without 10 hours off.

    Any work performed at another employment counts against HOS. It’s under the definition of on duty time in FMCSA 395.2.
