Driver driving for 2 companies local full time. Is this legal?

That could be a company policy. As far as DOT is concerned you can have as many jobs as you want. Just don’t drive more than 11 hours and more than 14 on duty without 10 hours off.deathB4decaf Thanks this.

Any work performed at another employment counts against HOS. It’s under the definition of on duty time in FMCSA 395.2.
