The dude from the CSVA said ELD was mandated to "level the playing field." in the area of compliance and safety.

I didn't say it, he did.

Not only that as I've already demonstrated, most of these megas have very high OOS rates.

As an individual owner operator, I'll hold my rating and equipment compliance up to any these megas, including Walmart

 

This right here, if you want to actually increase safety make the big companies buy insurance through the same pool as a small company.

 

And you have earned that rating, despite ELDs.

 

When you start saying you want people to have to log their time in a personal vehicle I'll believe you actually believe that, you still won't be right.

 

Speed limiters and higher insurance standards are really going to help your rating!

This right here explains a lot i didn't know about you, you work for Wal-Mart and then you're #####ing about others in the ag area getting government subsidies. How much of Wal-Mart's money comes from food stamps? I bet more of your paycheck is government money than mine.
