Getting my cdl again with basically no experience

I'll be getting my CDL A on the 15th of this month. I just have to go do the DOT physical I originally received it back in 06-07 can't remember but only used it for a few months with a local Budweiser distributor.
So what would be some good company's to try to get on with for OTR I live in the Tampa, FL area I feel like I'm going to need to basically start over except I'll have my license already.

 

I'll have my cdl after I do my physical I got it back in 06 or 07 only used it for a couple months to deliver beer to gas stations so no otr experiance and no commercial driving since.
In florida once you have your cdl you dont have to retest to get it again. I'm scheduled at the dmv on the 15th of this month to upgrade

Just talked with CFI they want me to go through school again. Dont really like the thought of being on the hook for $3,500 if I dont complete a year with them when I already have my CDL would like some others people thoughts in this.
