Beef bourgenya is how I pronounced it, with the g being hard

 

I thought I was in #5, so drinking and posting while cooking will do that. Its a french beef stew. But with a leaner cut than normal in a red wine sauce with lardons. Which is fancy for thick chunks of bacon in it. Tasted good but was way to much work for what it was. Rest of conversation will be back in sand box.
