TMC----not hiring........Maverick------ditto.......Melton------don't know abt whether hiring or not, but recently made their drivers slow WAY down,60mph........Boyd-------also, don't know, but I considered them too when I was in flatbed........Roehl-----last I heard hiring curtainside division in some areas----___////\\\\ Quick note on McElroy----I did work for them for 7 months, was very slow, but home every weekend.

You might want to check into Hunt Soecialized Transport out of Omaha, NE. They will train you in securement and tarping if you have the OTR experience. Also, they are an excellent stepping stone for doing the oversize loads.

    Just a thought.

I think Western Express has a f/b division as well as a terminal/drop yard or two in ga.I know there is a yard in Cartersville,Ga. It may be a long drive to it but you never know.
Drive around in your car and check out the places that use flatbeds and get the name off of the trucks or better yet talk w/the drivers as that could get your foot in the door. For that matter, check out the f/b's going in and out of truck stops near you if there are any.
    best of luck-

the pumpkin has f/b;crst;home depot and lowes has f/b's going to and fro perhaps you could get a few company names driving by places like that;sit by a major intersection and check out the f/b'ers going by,etc.-anything to get a bunch of names gathered, use the internet to get contact numbers and CALL them as opposed to merely emailing them, etc.
    it'll happen for you.
