Question : Would your neighboorhood drug dealer encourage MORE people come out and sell dope in the neighborhood? NO..........
Then, why on earth do I keep hearing and SEEING all these Lease Purchase dudes and chics , encouraging EVERYBODY to come on out and rent a truck- thus flooding the market with desperate , take spot- market lowballin' , gotta make the payment or else , paranoid , foolhearty, lowest rates keepin , little debbie eatinest people on the planet ...? Do u not know that they are listening to this sh^% and skipping the business 101 classes , and draggin their sorry ### e$ ( see the money signs?)out from every hole in the wall uneducated corner of nowhereville U S A and putting on these half broke ### Rose colored , convenient store glasses, on they empty headed, pie in the purple sky, got no ducks in order, scratch off lottery hopin' , droves of a poor house crawlin, uninformed ,ignorance feastin' ....well you catch my drift.........they are coming out and signing the dotted line because its EASY ......and I cant , for the life of me , understand why the ones who come out and STRUGGLE , would want to throw gasoline on that fire , by having more desperate psople cuttin rates just to keep up with payments? Go clean your credit up, while driving as a company driver, then, if you have it together, buy your own truck, dont haul for crap rates , and be responsible.........and NO ! I never did a lease......you know why? Because I suck with money! Lol.........

Look at the number that recruit through social media etc. They pad their pockets with bonus money, rather than revenue earned.

Then they monetize a YouTube channel, grabbing more suckers.

I watched one. Nice guy, but a complete idiot when it comes to running a business. He showed his numbers week to week. His deadhead was 25% and higher many weeks. And he couldn’t figure out why he wasn’t earning anything.

And those dumb enough to brag about their good lanes. I encourage them all the time lol

The point of all of THAT OP, was the question of whether its really a good business decision to encourage a flooding of new competitors? I suspect the responses will be all over the place to what Ive written here, intentionally , in this style......provacative.....emotionally charged ....

    Lepton1 Thanks this.

Yes and no op. Tracking good people towards ur company does help you when leased on. But I do agree trying to makeup for low rev with recruiting bonuses is a bad plan and telling every Tom dick and Harry about ur gig also bad

    SteerTire and weirdpuckett Thank this.
