I'm not to sure on the rates.I think that salt rates are salt rates and it's a rat race but it keeps the truck moving thru the winter.I do have a couple of good friends that work out of Chelsea and I know that they have been busy since the end of September.I have always heard that 1 yard had better rates but the other paid faster,but I can't speak on that as fact.
