    Have a 2011 cascadia Jake brake only works under hi and low setting. Does nothing in the middle setting. Is this normal?

    Yes, you only have two settings, hi and low. In the middle is "off". It's a rocker switch.

    At least thats what I remember the 2014 I drove briefly had.
