I don't know about ya'll but it seems like when you know that your a good driver and a previous company screwed you over, it seems like every company one might apply says no because your record don't meet our standards or you don't qualify cause the insurance company set it's exp. requirement higher. These problems I surmising is because of young rookies making it difficult for the other guy to get a decent job with such things as accidents, to many tickets, as many have posted in other threads the whinners, and unforeseen other reasons. Why I say this is the ones that I have applied to or talked with say I don't match, when I know that they have hired other drivers worse than my record and it stinks to think that I'm being passed up for the no good fer nothin' forked tongue guys out there that knowingly run illegal, violate safety policies that either the company set up or the DOT put in place to keep these drivers off the road, whine about every little thing just so they can get their way and be mister/miss 'look at me, I'm the best there is and no one can even compare' (but wait let's look at your standing with the company and with how you comply with DOT regulations. oh and are you truly a hard working honest driver?)
I'm sure some of ya'll are thinking wait you sound like what you have just written. Ya maybe so but all I wish for is some respect as a 'professional' driver that wishes to be a honest guy that wants an honest days wage i.e. not 22cpm or 30cpm for an honest days work. ya know what I mean?
I'll have more to say later.

Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.
