Just curious . How come mine is clear then ?
I got pulled over and inspected and got multiple warnings yet nothing showed up on my psp besides "inspection" and a seat belt ticket violation(seat belt ticket was at a different time irrelevant)
The inspection was done in Minnesota by a state trooper in 2017 and I got 4 warnings during that inspection. I was initially pulled over for going 3mph over in Winthrop ,MN.
Large number of warnings during an inspection, will I be fired?

I actually feel bad about the harsh treatment the driver got here. I get it. You were going to leave this company and move on to a better company. But now you wonder if you blew it at the last moment. Sucks.

There appears to be a warning on my record. Can it be removed?
Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) records do not contain written or verbal warnings issued on behalf of the State. What appears to be a State warning may be an FMCSA violation noted during the inspection. -

Just because they write you a ticket does not mean your in violation, First you always log in the time of your home terminal no matter where you are. My home terminal is Rancho Cucamonga CA so I would always log using Pacific time matching CA. As far as the rest you need to know how to use your paperlog, You have to have the last seven days, eight including the day your driving or current day. Anytime there is a change of duty status is the requirement for a log entry.
You have to have BOL or Shipper and Contents of the load listed. You have to have it signed and dated correctly. Plead it out to the court, written declaration -
Good example of regulations run amok. All this uncertainty and open to interpretation on the Officers part. This whole system has become a joke.I hope all of it increases Shipping costs enormous amounts. Who the hell would want to enter an Industry with so much unnecessary harassment. Being treated as a criminal should pay much better. Good Luck, don’t panic till necessary. Worst case scenario, May be a good thing in longrun. This Industry has gone to the Dogs.

And stop worrying about things like psp and csa crap, they don't stop you from working unless you want that. -
The stacking of regs has not proved to increase Safety. One band aid after another. Too much Bureaucracy.Keeps someone in a Job. Not in A Drivers best interest, which is the original intent of Log books in the first place. To keep Companies from running a Driver too hard.Instead it’s too often used as a tool to justify the existence of the Enforcers
