Then he shouldn’t have used the type of language that he did right out of the gate. Nobody here should have to tolerate reading about references to anyone’s genitalia, and we’re not having that.

If we are simply reading a post, like any other member, we see the same thing you see.

Go to GI Joes website and read the information about peak and tune and modulation upgrade, they proudly admit that 80 to 90 % of their seasoned customers request to have the limiter removed and it will increase modulation by 20 to 50 % , and also display clipping on a SA, how this may bother some techs , they are fine with it. I bought a Cobra 29 from them about 10 years ago with the modulation swing kit and thought it was the cats meow until I actually heard what it sounded like and realized it was a piece of junk, so took it to 10- 4 in Ocala, Fl and had it returned to stock settings.

We can't read your mind, so if you place #### in place of a word intentionally, that's what we will see if we look more deeply, what got people in trouble was putting the first and last letter with the other letters represented by symbols other than letters, the intended word is too clear in that case. That's what we call, "skirting the censor."
-
It’s better to be skirted than pantsed, though.
otherhalftw Thanks this. -
I know this is an old thread but:
I bought a stryker 955 off gi Joe's cb shop at 451 Paint Lick Rd, Berea, KY 40403 in August 2021 and it's been an awesome cb so far so good. I think you may have just gotten a bad or defective radio idk. I've known several people that's bought cb's from them that's not had problems either.Attached Files:
