A few years ago, while I was inbetween owning trucks, I had a great company gig. Pick up a load in Aldergrove BC, take up to 100 Mile House, and occasionally to Williams Lake after that, and a straight shot back empty to Aldergrove. All the other guys pulling out of Aldergrove knew I wasn't doing the run legal. Nobody could and stay legal. And 100 Mile would take an hour just to unload half a trailer. But the Hunter Creek scale was always closed on the way back. And I'd drop the empty trailer over at the Shell/Flying J in Chilliwack, and take less than 5 minutes to drive home. Naturally the log wasn't filled in lol. I'd just grab the trailer the next day, take it to Aldergrove, drop it, then grab a full one and then do it all over again. The only hassle running to Aldergrove on the day before's log was if the DOT had set up by the MacDonald's there. But I always got past. Must have an honest face lol. I would just fill in the mileage for the previous day and start a new page. Hah, but I go back to the days when there was no comic books at all. Anyways, easy gig, always long hours but always under 28,000 lbs, and home every day. $300 per rounder. You guys can do the math on how much I made in a year. One of the best parts of that gig was coming back down the Canyon with my powerful VHF in the winter. I'd hear the whines, moans and screams from the Coq by the time I was going through Boston Bar. Loved tweaking them with: hey boys I just got a free truck wash.

Why do you have to attack someone ride away if you are not smart enough to understand the question?
6000 net a month is very unlikely. Unless you just drive and don't care where to do your reset.
I'd say 4500 + is more likely. Probably not much more than 5000 though.Champagne mane Thanks this. -
Yup that's how much I currently make I guess as a company driver 5 k net is max for dryvan/reefer unless you are in Ontario

Are you saying in general, or given his current position?
