Who gets the better deal I work 40 in 4 then get cut and get a 3 day weekend or the guy who worked 30 and gets 3 day weekend but I guess it is what it is

This is very true. You have a great deal. If they had something like that where I live, I would have been on that, however local doesn’t pay that well where I live, unless I want 3rd shift and cannot do 3rd with 3 littles at home.
