As of today WE has i think 340 active law suits pending for driver pay fraud, with holding wages, etc. Not a pretty picture.

As a former employee there I’d say avoid england. I only did it because at the time the program contract was 9 months. Now they’re a year same as all other companies but with worse conditions.

I drive for Western Express. Can you provide me a link or something to the active law suits? Just curious, because my pay has always been correct and on time in the 9 months I’ve been there.

When I drove for WE, I would receive letters in the mail from attorney's offices inviting me to join their class action lawsuits. I never did even though there were many times I wasn't reimbursed for expenses and other minor stuff. WE's weekly email pay statement made checking on pay a breeze.

The exit for my regular pick up in Fontana is directly across the street from CRE truck driving school on Poplar street, and I see no shortage of suckers hanging out in the parking lot.
