    The fuel cards automatically record when and where, except if it gets the timestamp wrong in a mixed timezone state like TN, that was with Comdata, too.

    If you pay with cash, a lot of mom and pops are willing to hand write a receipt.

    Without cash, the card will have a time stamp on it, defeating the whole purpose.

    Not that I know that for any particular reason.... ;)
