What would your recommended action be to the psycho who stops in front of you?

You're assuming that my purpose of stopping is provoke a physical confrontation. It is not.

Would you have posted that article had the driver of the car been slain?

 

I would have pulled over, if they stop, I watch carefully to see if they bring anything out of the vehicle besides themselves, roll down my window, still on high alert. If they bring anything out, or being hostile, to the point of fear.

Release the breaks, pop into gear (auto is best for this), press the throttle. Then call 911, as I'm pushing thier vehicle in front on me, for at least 5 miles.

 

Failure to merge safely from a passing lane.

Obstruction of a travel lane.

Improper control of a motor vehicle causing an accident.

Reckless driving.

Failure to maintain safe driving speed.

I know the rule of thumb is it's always the truck driver's fault. But we driver's have to learn to speak the language of law enforcement along with our video to prove our case that it is NOT always our fault.
