Is that Alaska border patrol?, Like already said its on the back of the passenger seat, got one of the Molle type things for the passenger seat and keep a flashlight, knife, multi tool, bunch of other things, and a holster. If I am out and about it is on me.
Where do you keep your handgun in your truck?

I think a couple of magnet mounts like these would fit the bill nice.

Could put one somewhere in the cab, one in the sleeper, that way when you climb out of the truck a quick grab and back in the holster for walking, but still easy to get to if you are in the truck, and easy to move the weapon to a spot back in the bunk.jamespmack and bowhunter67 Thank this. -
Just my personal opinion, but i think theres 2 different kind of people. One that carries a concealed weapon for protection, and doesnt say a word, and one that carries a concealed weapon just to brag about it, and thinks it makes them tougher/ more powerful than you are. Am i right? Or is it just me?

You need to consider 2 things when storing:
1. Any potential legal implications you might face storing/stashing improperly.
2. Time-to-kill. Are you going to be able to get to this and defend yourself quickly?
Magnet mounts work pretty well. You can pull it off and stash it pretty quickly if you need too.jamespmack Thanks this. -
Besides all the bs, Other than on person why not make a bracket mounted to shifter, and be able to clip holster on to it. So quickly your personal carry holster can clip in. Its fast, in plan sight for Mr. Johnny law and safe out of the way. Fast to retrieve and put back on your self when exiting truck. Only thing is you need a shifter. The make a quick grab location in bunk too. You want it to be a instinct to reach for that location. Just my thoughts.

As I said a while ago, seeing some of these truck stop fights between drivers over stupid crap, if there was a gun involved others would be hurt.roshea, AModelCat and Muddydog79 Thank this. -
