Interstates are out of the way where I run is all.

I would blame the person that intentionally did the illegal thing. So if there was a hose and buggy on the side of the interstate just happily ignoring the law yes I would blame them also. If it was another car that stopped to take a wiz I would blame them also. If it was someone with a handcart ignoring the motor vehicle only laws I would blame them also. If it was... Well, let's just distill it down to I'll put most of the blame on the one intentionally breaking the law. Was the car at fault too? Yes, but all parties can be blamed, It's not an either/or situation.Bud A. Thanks this.

I'm so confused. Get rear ended while stopped on the shoulder and it's your fault but get rear ended while stopped in a travel lane and it's the fault of the one who hits you.
smh
Hit a car stopped in hammer lane -
I'm sorry you can't see the difference of someone parking illegally and getting hit vs. someone trying to avoid a wreck and get plowed into from behind because the truck driver is impatient.

There are countless threads on TTR about drivers snivelling because they aren't treated with respect, because they aren't paid enough, because no one considers them to be "professionals" like they want to, how LEOs have such disdain for them, etc. Well, this is a prime example why.
