FCC--Fremont Contract Carriers

They are supposed to install a new wiring harness today, but with most of the interstates still closed out here I’m not sure it made it in town yet. I will be calling over to the dealer shortly to see if I need to book my hotel room for another night.
I’m bored, but the bartenders know me by name and don’t even have to ask what I’m drinking when I walk in at 1700.

 

I’m a beer man. The hotel I’ve been staying at has a restaurant/bar that opens at 5 pm, I arrive shortly there after for dinner and a few adult beverages.

 

As I suspected the part won’t arrive today, hopefully it will arrive tomorrow and be installed tomorrow. Just took an Uber back up to the truck to get a few more changes of clothes, when I came to the hotel Monday, I didn’t realize I would be here for a freaking week.

 

Before I came to FCC I was the poster child for job hopping. On average I would stay somewhere for 9 to 10 months, and then find an excuse to move on. Today is my two year anniversary at FCC, my current situation aside I couldn’t be happier. FCC is hands down the best company I have had the pleasure of working for. I look forward to many more years to come.
