Black Smoke Matters group planning protest on April 12th -

Those folks are nothing short of a bunch of idiots... One people informed them on social media that they're going about this the wrong way all they did was respond by flipping the bird at people on social media and tell Them where to shove it... Their so call president of black smoke matters got her lease terminated from landstar for videotaping Her blockade a parking Her truck and trailer across 3 lanes of traffic of an Interstate..

 

Once I saw that video of her blocking traffic with Landstar on the side of that large car I knew she was screwed. You reap what you sow.

 

They got real ugly with me even threatening me when I was messaging them on social media... And that idiot from landstar that was terminated has a video on her page of her speaking to the media.. And she's telling the media that ELD's tell her when she can use the restroom... You just can't fix stupid

 

If you can’t run legal, and make a good living your obviously doing something wrong.

 

The way I look at this situation with the E logs... While no system is perfect the hours of service could be adjusted which they're working on right now but for the life of me why would anybody wanna go away from a system where now the onus is on the shippers and receivers to do their job or find somebody else to do it for them... For so many years people would backup their Log pages just a cover for up the inefficiency & ineptness of the shippers and receivers...

This might be a good way for England drivers to break their respective leases.

 

I do have a decal on the back of my personal trailer that reads black smoke matters and I do support the Shut down.

But

Only the shutdown none of the terrorizing.
We can make a bigger impact just stopping instead of causing a chaos. where me or my trucks will be parked and even the the rates will probably go up do to the shortage so people will take advantage.
But it’s fine. I’ll stay parked for support.
