have you checked your dac? when did this all happen? you know you can get a free dac report?

 

employment records i do not believe, are like medical records...

meaning, if you switch doctors, you can take your records with you.

this is an employer, and i do believe all paperwork/files are indeed company property.

look up "contractual attorneys", as one of those would be most better reading and deciphering contracts. regarding leasing.

best to order up your own DAC and MVR records yourself.

if any black marks are on your DAC, take photo copies, and take that to the lawyer, and at the same time, rebut any remarks regarding any sideswipe...

 

I'd go with what buddy is saying, he seems to know a little bit about this stuff. I don't really, I was just trying to help. I'll back out at this point buddy seems to have a grasp on it.

 

kinda depended on who you actually spoke to at the time it was said, "nothing will be reported", and why you left your lease.

you could have spoken to someone's "assistant", rather than the person in charge.

circumstances mean a lot, if you broke your contract, or if your contract came to an end as time was up.
