    Short answer? The carrier's insurance is who the claim goes against.

    Better answer - if your broker's worth a ####, he or she should be helping you to get it squared away. I'm currently working a claims issue for one of my customers. It's one of those things that comes with the territory. What was the nature of the damage and how did it occur, @klvinmarq?
