Talk to a few dealers and compare. The weight should be on the spec.
In the meantime, scroll through this and you'll see some test weights.

I'm surprised at how heavy the test Cascadia was. Also bear in mind the excellent crashworthiness of the Volvo. Is there a correlation? I don't know. -
Mine is 20,660# full of fuel. No gear or tools. Dual 120 gallon tanks. With my tools winter gear and supplies onboard and my 53’ reefer I can legal 44k payload without trouble. Mine is 234” WB 82” single sleeper with all the cabinets. DD15. I imagine you can lighten it up with a DD13 and smaller sleeper but I love my truck. Just make sure you carry extra headlight bulbs. You’re gonna need them and often. Finally found a LED bulb that’s been fantastic but it’s expensive. I hope this helps.

What lights did you use?

My Cascadia is 1,540 lbs lighter than my W4900SF Western Star was. One of our guys has the 5700, I’m still lighter than he is.
The 5700 is identical to the 4900, just a different hood and dash. Sleeper is the same. -

they have H7 bulbs. I was using silver star Halogens. They burned out on average of 14k miles. Bought two pairs of H7 LED lights with signal canceling wires from headlight experts. They are a lot different behind the base and a deeper probe. I spread the smaller end of the latch wire first around the body and into the base groove which is same thickness as OEM bulb. It’s a little firmer locking into place but not bad. Because the probe is longer going into the projector lense, I actually had to adjust my lights higher to reach the line of tape I put on the wall in front of me with old headlights. I truly expected to need to go down as bright as they are. What a big difference. I did have to wrap the extra length carefully around the projector housing because of the extra length of wire that connects to my stock 55amp H7 plug. They are as advertised. Plug n play. Supposed to be warranted for life. I’m still using the first pair and have the 2nd as a backup at 90k miles same led bulbs. Less heat too. That’s not a bad thing I think. I hope it helps.Oscar the KW Thanks this. -
Ya I specd it with a 244 wheel base 82 sleeper meritor super 40s and 150 gallon tanks I need the extra fuel because I haul heavy...the weight came to 19300 with out fuel on the spec

Enjoy your ride. They are a great mix of old school and new!!!

Trucks aren’t like cars. You can have two trucks of the same model and one can weigh 8,000 pounds less. It’s all in the specs.

Yeah, but.... some specs are more common than others, especially on a highway model.
