im sure you being a us citizen will help big time,,get the likes o Bison to get your LMIA and away you go ,,no worries on interstating wae you being a us citizen, was strange being a team driver with a Canadian company and my team mate was a us citizen......so when we tipped in California he picked up a US internal load (I just had to sit as a passenger) till we delivered US internal and picked a load for Canada.

 

Wow! that would be like 2 miracles at once!

I would imagine it would go much like the time I applied at CNTL (because I live down the road from the terminal in Conrich AB, and I hated OTR after Bison). Filled out the application online, got an email to go for an interview and road test 2 days later. Showed up, and the secretary said the Terminal manager would be right out. Indian guy comes down the hall, walks past me to the secretary, says something in Punjabi (I would imagine "Where is the guy who applied to drive") she points at me, he turns around; instant death glare lol. Comes over and is like "Oh i'm the sorry, we have filling the position, there is no work for you here" ROFL. I had a good chuckle about that one on the way down the the Road King, chased some recruiters around the parking lot and had a job that afternoon lol.

 

Those deva jatt guys are something special. Had to wait while one took five minutes and 30 pull ups to hit one of six doors at us customs.

 

Oh yea, I watched one hit the toll booth, coming off the Florida Turnpike in Ft Myers lol. Another hit the dock at a 30 degree angle and off center and he knocked the dock plate right off lol.

 

See that's what I find funny, they can do that to us but god forbid we don't hire them.

My poor ops manager gets called racist every #### time, and hes not even white lol.

 

I had a supervisor accuse me of being racist once because we never got along well. He shut up pretty quick when I told him I only hated him because he was an idiot.
