Sorry about my delayed response, But you guys going to Bentonville just need to have a good attitude and be receptive, they are not looking for bodies behind the wheel and they're definitely not interested in anyone full of themselves. Last week was my first week on my own and averaged 350 a day, 310 being a low and 390 the highest, when I get my newness out of my system I believe 400 will be an easy goal to sustain. I'm thoroughly excited about this place, and trust me, I've been looking for where the major flaws are here because I'm a skeptic but I still haven't found anything remotely substantial, and a beautiful thing about working here is the morale is high, I'm not used to that, it's great to be surrounded by coworkers who genuinely seem happy. I wish you guys the best of luck with your experience in the onboarding process, again, just be patient, receptive, and try to have faith in what you're walking into, I believe this was the best career move ever for my family and I, and I thank all the guys on here who helped me calm my nerves going in, hopefully I can help do the same for the others
Nervous Nelly, mike3fan and mxpx148 Thank this. -

Simple fix to that. Don’t post your truck number or where you work. And, everybody deserves to be able to vent whenever they see fit.
I will not take kindly to Walmart management personnel showing up here to intimidate our members. I don’t care how much money Walmart has.51.50, slim6596, laaylor and 1 other person Thank this. -
Thanks for info gentlemen. I leave Friday to Bentonville for onboarding Sunday...
laaylor, MilkyJay and truckdriver31 Thank this. -
Good luck, hope to see you post your completion next week! I'm definitely grateful I made this leap.truckdriver31, laaylor and mxpx148 Thank this.

Will definitely post status.. I been hesitant. That is only because I am one that is relocating to a new state, new house, new job, all in one by applying for this job. I knew that going in, but again it's a big life change and always thinking.... Am I doing right by my family? And all the other nonsense thoughts that are expected.truckdriver31 Thanks this.

Did the job you're leaving pay 90k+ per year? If not, then yes you're making the right choice.

I love the fact you guys are straight forward. Lol.

I understand that, I'm protecting a family of 5, but I didn't have to relocate, I just found out I get the 5/2 5/3 schedule I wanted starting next week, so I'm tickled to death, no more hopping trucks 2 to 3 times a weekmike3fan, truckdriver31 and MilkyJay Thank this.
