Anybody witness the fiery crash in Denver involving a trucker?

“Sure bud. Show up at 7:00 tomorrow morning ready to work”. I haven’t had one show up yet

 

I dunno, he had a picture of him on his Facebook page at last years Bandit's Run.

And heres his mugshot. Look like the same guy to me, but who knows

Lakewood police identified the driver of the semi that caused the crash as 23-year-old Rogel Lazaro Aguilera-Mederos. He now faces multiple charges of vehicular homicide related to the accident.

 

Riding the bumper of any car should be assault with a deadly weapon. Its just like pointing a gun at someone. Mini van with 3 kids and a mom. 4 counts of assault with a deadly weapon. Its probably the most cowardly and selfish thing people do. Yet people do it all day every day without any consequence.

 

Starting to deal with it here. Hopefully it continues because this situation exists for 600+ miles through Ontario and into QC

Bet he cant read or speak good english, therefore didnt understand that bright yellow sign saying runaway truck ramp.

 

Why is that if a police officer drives like a maniac; tailgating, changing lanes continually without using turn signals, speeding, etc. while not even responding to an emergency, and causes a wreck, he is still automatically a hero?
A truck driver has his brakes fail and he automatically gets the book thrown at him. Immediate guilt.
We’re all just low class cannon fodder.... as long as we put up with it.

 

Cops will do all that just to get some guy who rolled thru a stop sign, then shoot you for pulling your wallet out of your pocket.

 

i wonder if he even knew how to read English and knew what the sign meant.

then too, i also wonder if that was his very forst time driving in that area, and he smoked his brakes, cuz no one showed him the proper braking technique?

 

I have not taken the time to review the facts of this case and have no intent to do so. The problem is not the criminal charge. The primary problem is going to come after the Feds and the State gets finished and the Attorney starts filing lawsuits. Anybody that doesn't think there won't be any lawsuits here still believes in the tooth fairy and Santa! Oh, and there is absolutely NOTHING at ALL funny about this horrible situation!
