Well, they way I see it is sure I can make the same kind of money doing a lot less work somewhere else, but I would have to put a lot more time into it. Then I would have to spend some of my now-diminished free time at the gym, and pay for a gym membership.

 

Can you get work M-F solo in any of their grocery or food service jobs or does everyone have to team to get a decent M-F run?

 

You would probably need to team with a driver that has some seniority if you want to work M-F as a new guy.

 

I’ve applied and never heard anything back.. I applied at the jessup,Pa location they have Entry level driver and a driver trainee position, I’m a new driver fresh out of school I’m so puzzled they actually don’t have a recruiter or any point of contact..any tips?

 

@TheyCallMeDave let your buddy know if he wants to go back to HEB, Now he can since HEB is so desperate to attract drivers. I been hearing ads thru the radio and tv. Im a bit surprised that they have resorted to tv and radio to attract drivers since HEB is somewhat similar to Walmart.

 

As with Wally world, I'm sure there's a reason for that, and it's probably not a good one ha.

They hire right out of CDL school up here in central NY now.
