Every year about 3 months before renewal insurance companies start calling asking "if we can help save you some money" when all there really doing is trying to make free money.

If you have 3 or 4 trucks they want every SSI number, of every driver, a background check on them, and all of your IFTA records. Pretty heavy paperwork.

But if you have 5 or more trucks well, they just want to know the VIN numbers of the trucks and they will forget about all that other required paperwork and will rush to get you a quote that day.
