    No pics, but I passed a step deck with a F-150 that the only rear tie down was a chain hooked to the rail on one side,then draped over the ball hitch on the bumper to a binder on the other side. Every bump was shock loading the chain.

    If he's a scrapper and just hauling it off to be shredded, it doesn't matter if his cargo is damaged in transit, so long as every ounce is still there.
