If you would have asked last week Falcon could have been on the list. After all they have been around since 1908. Just proves no matter who you pick, without knowing their head accounting person there is no way to know when they might close.

the most stable company is yourself physical and mental health. If you get laid off or statved out from trucking you always have to survive. Invest in yourself and always keep another source of income. Trucking with any company can become unstable for any reason beyond economic.

Funny you think like that and I am pretty much the exact opposite in my way of thinking. I have had my commercial license since 1976, and have never seen a day I could not get on the phone and be working in a matter of hours, and a decent living at that. That is coming to an end before long, but it has nothing to do with trucks or trucking.

I will say there is no way to tell how long a company will or will not be around.
