The random checks are over but any incident can trigger a log audit. Still cannot reach for your phone.

I know this is an old post but I'm curious, did you ever get your job back?

You're responding to a message several years old. You were told wrong.

The punishment does not fit the crime. I wish I never had to shop at another Walmart ever. Big brother is here to stay and it's very disturbing. One day these mega carriers will be sorry for all the unnecessary stress they cause drivers.

Well I definitely wouldn't have provided Walmart with my phone records. Just the same as I wouldn't just hand my cell phone to a DOT officer if asked. Could he have been fired if Walmart asked and he didn't turn over the records? Sure. But would they know with any degree of certainty what he had done? Nope.

Have two phones. Give walmart phone number you don't use
