    if u eat a vegan diet with no oils and stuff u wont have to count calories u can eat as much as u want

    Well, heck yes, serious as all get out.

    I have a little something to back up my statement; as in actual physical proof.
    I’m pushing 60, blood pressure 120/68, height 6’, weight 188, quick as ever and no waning physical strength.
    I take no medicines.
    And I don’t pay any attention to what I eat, I only avoid the items that I mentioned before and I always have, my entire life.

    You see, everybody has something to sell so they can make themselves as much money as is humanly possible, including devising a ‘formula’ for good nutrition. As if there is almost a certain type of magic involved.
    Don’t buy into it.

    Just avoid any and all man made foods and drinks as much as possible.
    That’s the magic formula, and I offer it to you free of charge.

    You seem to have a system that is working for you. But what is your cholesterol level? There was a runner named Jim Fixx in the 70s who was in excellent shape but he ate hamburgers and died suddenly of a heart attack. I remember this because all the commentators at the time said, "Ah, well, exercise doesn't matter. It is just fate." Running was a big fad.

    I do apologize for bragging. But back to the topic, I thought I'd offer some numbers to show validity to the OP's research. To be my age (53) and have a blood pressure of 100/78... total cholesterol of 130... normal weight... it is remarkable in contemporary American society. Dr. Greger makes short videos on his website (www.nutritionfacts.org) which are actually highly entertaining. It really has worked for me.
