i think that if any member of the general public reads/watches that website, has to right to protest that one man wrecking crew and get him off the road forever, up to and of cousre, revoking his CDL.

 

Sounds like an owner op who's getting shafted for trying to save a few bucks by postponing non-critical repairs.

 

Considering the number of maintenance violations I think the threshold of “trying to save a few dollars” has been well surpassed to “doesn’t give a rats ##*”. One of the inspections he literally maxed out the measurement system due to the number of violations

 

Yeah so that "doesn't care much" additude is a rolling death machine on our highways. ...... Yikes

 

but non-critical now, can be VERY CRITICAL later....

isn't it always best to do "preventaive maintenace to avoid major problems later"..??

i don't feel sorry for him....i'd feel more sorry if (as you say non -critical repairs are not made), if a mini van slams into his donkey, cuz one or 2 brake lights were out....
