And a lot can be broken with a cut up soda can shim or a jagged zip tie rake.

 

I just put the lock on when parked. Then remove while driving. That keeps the crap out of the lock never had a problem with locks since starting this.

 

I've seen some of his stuff that guy's a professional..

Anyway I don't care what you do if somebody wants to get inside the trailer they will get in there period.

But the way I see it I'm just making it a little bit harder.. because as mentioned previously there's plenty of guys that don't keep their trailers even locked at all..

If it's an opportunistic type of thief they'll just open a bunch of random trailers until they find something they like to steal.
Why fool with mine when there's two guys next to me with no locks.

Also I guess it's worth mentioning I've never ever had anyone open a trailer that was locked.

 

They figure the locked trailer isn't empty so why go for unlocked. Shims are an extremely low skill attack and works with most cheap locks. Some masterlocks can be opened by hitting the side with a small hammer. Just, generally, don't get a masterlock.
