The short answer is, no.
Start reading at Amendment 9 on page 6: https://comt.ca/english/programs/trucking/MOU 2019.pdf
Tractor wheelbase: 280" (7.112 m)
Maximum trailer wheelbase: 11.87 m (38.95')
Maximum overall: 23 m (75.46')
You'll have to check each province individually to see if you can permit it.Last edited: May 11, 2019

I’m no expert heck don’t even go that far north but can’t you get a permit??? To run with if you have a long wheel base and long trailer??
-
I dont promise it hasn't changed since i last ran up there but you used to be able to get a permitblade Thanks this.

Slide your fifth wheel ahead to get to 75 ft and your legal Canada wide.
-
He won't get under 75 by moving the fifth wheel.
-
He should be able to get under75 ft.My WB is 284 and I can still get under 75ft with a 53 ft trailer by sliding my fifth wheel ahead about 18 inches.
-
I dont see how. Im nearly 72 ft with a 48. I can slide the fifth wheel up some, but not 2 feet without the trailer getting into the headache rack during turns.
-
What’s the pin setting on the trailer? 30 or 36”??
-
36 inch pin setting.
