    Carter Express out of Anderson, IN was by far one of the best companies I've worked for. They had great dedicated lanes every route bid(they go by seniority). The dispatch managers were very communicative, and worked with you for time off if needed. Home weekly, with really good pay. I especially recommend Carter for teams. They had branches throughout the midwest. If you aren't in a dedicated lane, they pre plan you on good round trips, and get you home in time for your weekend.

    When I was working for Daum out of Plainfield Indiana I met several drivers that were home everyday working for Carter Express.
