Its always a goos thing when they come back and take a second look especially if theire coming in from anothe state they must be interested in it.

Yep the house isn't the problem its the crummy rules they have here and the Climate.

 

Well folks from Seattle should be used to cold wet winters! Me on the other hand I like winter and all but not that much!

Hi Butterbean, Not to bad in my end of the country Lol. (Sun is shinning)

JJ is in Commiefornia waiting to unload on Tuesday if he cant drop it today, Otherwise he is stuck in Fontana CA until tomorrow which isn't to bad because he should be able to pick up a new student on Wednesday from there.

 

anybody recall the checklist sent from central?...wondering if i need to send it back signed or is it just for my reference?
