This happen last Dec in Toledo OH in a wal mart parking lot the driver was cooking eggs on a propane stove it fell on the floor within seconds the the whole truck was engulfed the trailer also caught fire and was a total loss by the time the fire dept got there. The driver got out just barely in his under pants he had no time to grab any thing it was a raging fire with in seconds. You claim to make good money why the need to cook in your truck some times I just don't understand things like cooking in a truck.

It's healthier and cheaper. Plus a better variety of what interests you. No matter how much money you make, I don't know anyone who doesn't want to save money.

I use mine on the catwalk all the time, but I never let it out of my sights for more than a few seconds, and I always make sure the catwalk is clean before I do.

Althought, I will admit to using it inside the cab a few times when it was super cold out. But again, was always very careful about it.

I'd only cook with one inside a fireplace...

The induction cooktops are probably safest.

I have one with probably a dozen bottles I would give you, total junk as far as I am concerned. I may have just got a bad one, and should really throw the thing away. I do not like that type bottles either, much prefer the green colman type.

3000 watt Pure Sine Wave Inverter off Amazon and a $99 Philips Airfryer has made me very happy.

Why would you use an open flame? A hot plate would be much safer, not that it isn't completely without risk.
