Aperia Technologies, Google Halo tire inflators. About $1400 for 4, but it is comparable in price to the auto system on my trailer. It was worth it to me as I have found items in my tires that could have cost me road call but it kept air in the tire to make it to a tire shop for repair.

If you don't have an auto system on your trailer yet, I would look at a system that airs all wheel positions including the steers. They have used them in Mexico and Europe for years. Google Vigia Automatic tire pressure. I talked with them after I already had my tractor and trailer systems. For the entire rig it would be about what I have in my tractor and trailer.Last edited: May 26, 2017

18 ply - load range I, 16 ply load range - H, 14 ply - load range G. Depends what the front axle capacity on the truck 12000-12350 - G, 12500-13300 - H, 13300-14600 - I. But I am not sure. You have to look on tires and axle

Could somebody share the experience using 295/60R22.5 on steers on car carriers? Do they last longer?I'm thinking to switch for that size but I will need to buy 22.5" x 9" wheels. I heard on another post that these sizes are easier to blow out.
Or should I just buy a 275/70R22.5 load range J tires and keep my current wheel? I want to run with 18 ply on steer.
