You don’t need your own numbers to lease a tractor on to a Carrier...in fact you wasted time and money getting them.. That said call around and see if you could even get “Non Trucking Liability” insurance for a tractor.. You’d need that for whatever company that would take you on.
Start there, then I could give you some contacts. If you cannot get a policy for the insurance then there is no point in buying a tractor right now.

I think you are assuming things. You are seeing things that you want to see.
If you would take the time to read more. You would find out that the same question you asked , many guys asked already and you should read it .
