This but send an email. Email time / date stamp can't be faked, and it's in writing. It's easy to prove. Voice mail you have no proof. Send them an email.

I had this issue many years ago and also found out the company had been deducting child support and not sending it in to the state .
It got ugly quick then .

 

I personally would just move on and don’t waste money just for a chance to get money. You may lose more total with court costs etc.

 

If you reside on the IA/IL line i know of a company in the quad cities if your still looking for a smaller company. Been in the business a long time.
