    Have whomever you are dealing with at Daimler contact the insurance company directly.

    If you need temporary insurance just to get your loan funded, I know two sources.

    I will offer you some sound advice, go get your own plate.

    I know you will say it will cost $1500 or something like that but look you bought a truck, you need to learn as all these other new owners need to learn that there are things you should be paying for and no one else.

    Oh and this is not complicated.

    It’s not the money I’d like to have my own plates on the truck but all the companies are looking into leasing on With say you have to run their plates and they charge you double what it would cost me to get my own plate

    It was like 14 I think I know extremely high they said it was because I had no business experience still works out cheaper than a lot of these lease purchase programs through companies

    2013 freightliner got 490,000 on it put five k down and a little over 1300 a month for 36 months

    Yeah no lie I looked into a few they all said the same thing you run under their authority so you’re Under their dot number so you got to use their plates

    I would never work for any Carrier making that demand, it is bs.

    But do what you think you need to do.
