Ya they are both loads of pipe or tubing and wasnt sure if you had captured a still shot in his video.

 

Could be a bad strapping technique from the driver. Some of these plastic pipe shippers do a terrible job banding their pipe bundles. I have seen this one to many times. I usually will throw extra belly straps with this stuff. I hate it.

 

I love scottie but i just find it annoying for reefer drivers to be giving us flatbedders ####. I guess they got bored with slammin the doors so lets go film a flatbedder whos doing nothing wrong and make fun of him.. like us skateboardere dont got enough #### to worry bout out here , yall be safe !!!
